Insurance & Billing Policy The offices of Dr. Entsuah is contracted with the following PPO Insurance companies. If you have an HMO, we will need a referral and authorization from your primary care provider. Our office is also contracted with VAH, but requires a referral and authorization by VAH. If you have any further billing or insurance questions please contact us directly. We hope you find this helpful.
